We specialize in tenant placement and property management. We place tenants quickly for one simple reason, we pay the agent bringing the tenant a fair portion of the commission! We charge 50% of first month's rent to handle the paperwork, background checks, and final walk-through or we charge 100% for tenant placement, paperwork, background checks, and final walk through.
